Yeah, Things develop - There were only 1MM preferred earlier, which could be converted to 5MM common - Now there seems to be 5MM preferred and convertible to 100 common each - Or ?? <G> - Wonder if Lou Wiener was sober when he wrote that release ?

That had to be a mistake. EPS of .045 cents/share would mean that there would be about 887,480,000 shares outstanding after the conversion of all of the preferred shares into common shares. It must be 4.5 cents/share which would give about 8,874,800 shares outstanding. That means that the preferred would convert into 5 million shares common. I think they worded that incorrectly too. That would make the OS 8,931,087 or thereabouts.

I think Jens asked the right question: Wonder if Lou Wiener was sober when he wrote that release? LOL
