I'll agree to disagree as myself, like others, trade off of their posted bids and asks. Nonetheless, I appreciate your opinion.

Thank you for the report from the meeting. With representation like yourself being at the meeting and reporting in, there seems little need for my presence.

Best wishes as always.

<<the CEO of Wingspan told us about them about to switch to Checkfree>>

Bob, that's great news and would certainly explain today's nice pop in CKFR stock price. Pete certainly signaled to us at the NYC conference that this might be coming, but it's much, much better to hear it confirmed by Wingspan. And coupled with Wingspan's very, very aggressive advertising campaign, I would expect that a switch would mean a very nice increase the growth rate of CKFR customers for many quarters to come.

What Wingspan is doing is what we hoped ALL banks would be doing -- pushing e-banking and e-pay aggressively. Now we can hope for the best of TWO world -- fast growth both from bank partners AND from internet portal partners. I love it!

Thanks for the good word.

Charlie

good friends/good humor!

Thank you for participating on this thread. It is truely a rare opportunity that small time investors like so many here can be kept abreast of developments you have reported.

Thanks again.

O ye, bearer of good news. One favor to ask. Sit next to the Salomon Smith Barney analyst and gently hint that he might consider raising his 20 target price to 25. (Its too much to expect the Lehman Bros. guy with a 15 target bothers to be there.) Thanks.

Bob:

Thanks for conference update. Did the Wingspan CEO tell you about the reasons for the switch or anything about their assessment of the competition?

Also, did CKFR use the AOL interface look-alike slide in their presentation that we saw in NYC? Hoping they are still on track for this announcement.

We were really blessed again to get the sneak preview in NYC. Thanks again and again for starting the Silicon Investor Checkfree conference last year. You sure gave all of us regular folks a huge gift!!

How soon does this all take effect? And can we, to a lesser degree include Lycose yet?

biz.yahoo.com

Or something like this?
home.wingspanbank.com

"powered by Lycos"?
