CTIG Joins Forces With Mitel

VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 14, 1999--CTI Group
(Holdings) Inc. (OTC:CTIG) today announced that its UK subsidiary CTI
Data Solutions Limited has signed a Distribution Agreement with Mitel
Telecom Ltd., the UK's leading business communications company.
Mitel employs over 6,500 people worldwide with current sales in
excess of Cdn $1.3 billion.
Under this agreement, Mitel will market CTI's call management
software to its existing customer-base and as a value-added solution
to its new PBX sales. This includes CTI's latest 32-bit, Windows NT
application C6win, which is targeted at both single and multi-site
organizations.
