AOL better leaves the 'to-open-or-not-to-open' headache
to AT&T.

Just imaging that once AOL bought ATHM, AT&T and
every other ISP will be at the AOL's doorway,
double troubles, better leave that to AT&T to worry
AOL just want to share the pipe with ATHM.
