Thanks Hickory for helping to clarify that. I agree we were due for a down day (first one this month).

Although I agree I am bullish on the stock (instead of neutral) I believe there are a few good reasons that Ultra could be heading higher before yearend (and maybe monthend).

1) Watford seems to have turned the company around. There are definitely some big buyers out there who think so anyways.

2) The results from the developmental wells should be release within the next week or two. IF these are good to great wells there is likely to be additional buying pressure. I don't know how much, but I do think it will be a noticeable increase.

3) Year end results should also be released soon (I think). These results will hopefully show some positive trends: cash flow improvement, stronger balance sheet, etc.

4) Natural gas prices are stronger and are forcasted to increase.

The investment community is aware of the lawsuit in question. Although I am not totally ignoring the possibility that there is something serious about it, I am putting my faith (hoping it is not terribly misguided)with the brokers and analysts that follow Ultra and do not appear to think this suit is of major concern.

I believe there are more positives than negatives CURRENTLY for Ultra. Not that I would be complaining if Ultra one day surpassed its' all time high of a couple of years ago.

cheers,
riker
