Paul,
Comparing an technology company to a biotech is like comparing apples to oranges. A biotech is held to external forces (the FDA)in bringing their products to the market place over such a protracted period of time...in the area of technology the product that wins is the one that comes to the market place the quickest and has the greatest degree of flexiblity with future changes.
I merely share what the other companies are doing to point out that the likes of IBM and other deep pocketed companies aren't scared of what WAVE is attempting to do...and whether you buy it or not it appears that they aren't willing to deploy the WAVE product as they are developing their own. Go back and read the news releases and note that HP is marketing the product mentioned in the news release...but from WAVE you only get these nebulous possiblities. Bottomline....if WAVX has the product that as some on the RB point out will make this a $1000 + share stock..why aren't the OEM's forming a long line to sign on the dotted line?
I wish you luck with WAVX.
