While it is clear that Newbridge did not bid on this contract, it is also obvious that Newbridge does not have
the product diversification to offer complete networks such as is indicated in the above.

Unefon, part-owned by Mexican broadcaster TV Azteca SA, wants to start offering
wireless telephone services beginning next year.

What equipment specifically.
Before making statement, learn what equipment specifically was involved.
BTW,NN is not in wireless phone business.
As you can see CSCO also did not participate, and has wide range of offering.

Getting a contract in Mexico usually is much easier than getting paid for work done under such a contract. ... or so I've heard.
