I just looked at the corporate web site; This company is JUNK, IMHO. They own a few franchises of obscure restaurants. Way too many authorized shares. Too easy to dilute shareholder value and the food industry has one of the highest failure rates. From their web page, there seems to be no real internet aspect to their business. Mcdonalds has more web business then they do. If it sound, smells and tastes like a P&D it must be. I've seen their web site before and it has not changed.
