Carolyn, that is not a dumb question at all. It is pretty much a pain to do it though. Here are the steps I followed. (There may be a better way.)

1) Right click on the image and save it as a jpg file to my hard drive. (I tried just putting the link to the NASA page, but that did not work.)

2) FTP the saved file to my ISP server. My ISP provides software for this. (This is necessary because if I gave the address of my hard drive, I would be the only person who could see it.)

3) Edit my profile, select a field, and type in the location of the image using the html required. In this case it is <IMG SRC=...................................> .
The dots represent the address of my server plus the name of the image. To see html code, just call up a person's profile, then click on View on the toolbar, then click on Page Source. Copy and paste.
