You are right Cheeky.
This is indeed a public document.
I, like many others I'm sure, will chip in and share the cost of obtaining these documents through appropriate channels.
Seems to me Sungold's management still doesn't get it, do they ???
It's we shareholders who support this company and it's very difficult at times to understand their "shenanigans".
Needless to say it would be only fair to accommodate shareholders needs and requests.
Too bad this management has a very difficult time to change it's old ways and unfortunately it shows clearly in share price.
It's beyond my comprehension why a public company such as Sungold would refuse a shareholder access to documents which can be easily obtained ( small cost attached ) from a public office down in USA. Smells to me like a very nasty and hard-nose-like attitude.
