Dell is flat because most young mutual fund managers are still Ben Graham Ivy League trainees. f tests and t tests are still performed manually in the back office, while the boy and girl secretaries giggle, in order to determine reapportionment of their portfolios from winners to not-yet-winners.

Ed:
Frustration?? Naaaaaaaaaah. That when the wife keeps changing TV channel from a good program like Baywatch to the Nightly Business Report.
Dell is right on track, pricewise. Was taken down rather needlessly by misinterpretation of Feb and May reports.
Steady curve up since then 32, 40, 48. Small(G) blip in July. Irksome.
Slope a bit too steep, maybe.
