Attention all CUBE analysts: It's high-time to upgrade CUBE. CUBE is the only company with a CODEC that works!!! Scream it from the top of the tallest mountain! "While Matsu and Sony have MPEG encoders neither one will transcode from DV to MPEG.... ONLY Cube does both. It just got interesting again folks..."

First..with this JVC and Sony news(connect da dots), and the nice looking chart, I must give her a slight upgrade today: "poof..." C-Dong. <Analog to MPEG and DV to MPEG seem to be priority features of the first Digital recorders we are seeing for either DVD-recording or D-VHS> Time to market C-Dong properly..... clip from the new C-Dong marketing dept: "We've help produce some of the best quality transexual & Anal-logging videos,,, and can trascode anything to MPEG as well." <<GGGG>> Seriously though, I agree....this is VERY good news on the codex front.
