But why the volume? I am sure that the company is selling insider shares to raise cash -- this is the only way that they can [?] -- but why the tremendous volume, with no movement in the share price.

Inquiring minds want to know.

or perhaps IMDS MM's were caught off guard by the PR and are intentionally suppressing the price so they can cover, JMO.
