Kent,
The 1.6 mil that LUMM received cost the shareholders a lot more. If the group that bought the shares and warrents sold the shares and exercised the warrents at the average prices the last few days they netted about 2.67 million dollars above the 1.6 that the company received.
This is the real problem with BB stocks, they keep selling stock and giving away warrants and the float increases and dilutes the value.

Yes Kent I did see it. Capacity will increase 30 fold, which is amazing considering they have not officially started to produce yet! The initial financing for this expansion which undoubtedly will require new facilities somewhere as yet undetermined takes place well in advance of the actual increase in production because of the need to secure a place in line for equipment such as a mask aligner which requires 6 month advance notice. So the new plant will be at least that far in the future. More financing will be required as time passes and contracts are awarded where necessary.

I understand that a well known Boston based institution took all of this recent financing and was looking for more! I assume that is what drove the price up most recently.

Cheers,

Don
