Earning's Correction: Mercury Scheduling Systems Inc - Mercury makes correction to first-quarter results Mercury Scheduling Systems Inc MRY Shares issued 16,500,000 1999-09-14 close $0.9 Wednesday Sep 15 1999 Mr. Graham Whitmarsh reports Mercury Scheduling Systems Inc. has made a correction to its news release as reported in Stockwatch Sept. 14, 1999, regarding the financial results for the company for the first quarter ended July 31, 1999. The amount indicated for the loss per share in the consolidated statement of operations attached to that release was overstated and should have read one cent in fiscal 1999 (not five cents as reported).
