The bundle includes browser and e-mail applications and is available for a free 30-day trial, and may be purchased for $44.95. • Leap Wireless International Inc. has purchased a Dayton, Ohio, PCS operating license from PCSDevCo Inc; the license will cover about 1 million POPs. Neither company has announced the terms of the deal, which is still subject to FCC approval.
