It was not a secret -the news was on the brokers desks. Pick when a stock is low and buy it. MEO is now low with lots of good things in the works. The fact that it dropped a year ago is irrelevent to todays decision. Remember when MEO was tracking ACA at 10%. Where is ACA now?
