Hi gg, you still follow this one, eh? ... i see you back in the early posts.

Nobody's got an answer for my original question - Message 10268671

Why the wall? .. what's FM up to? ... at first i suspected that they were acting for people looking for cheap paper either in PPs or in debt conversion, but with the end [it seems] of the cheap paper issuance, that seems less and less likely ..... now i just wonder if they're short big-time and holding it down as long as they can.

Though i suppose the possibility still exists that there is an intended acquiror out there holding it down .... but you would think an acquiror would want more paper, not less ..... no, i suspect they're short.

Which isn't the position i would want in dmw just now ... all things considered ... as late as May it was looking pretty bleak, she just about went teats up .... would have if our RSA friends hadn't bought the cheap paper .... but with three and a half millions Canadian of production per month and a market cap of thirty millions, i think i prefer to stay long -g- ...... what do you think? .... cheers ... marcos

[edit] - just checked Stockwatch - FM at it again today ... 26k on the offer, i'll bet that's them.

[edit 2] - new posts on the Stockwatch thread - forums.canada-stockwatch.com
WillP and others .... also there are references to dmw on the SW rxd thread .... i never could understand why the market treats Rex so well and Diamondworks so poorly, when dmw looks better set to turn a profit ... better promotion, i suppose ... also no FM on their back ... also it helps to have the prez buying paper at market -g- [where does he get the money, this i ask myself]
