rrr, I'd like to hear other opinions, please. I can always do that..:) First off, I haven't read today's posts yet on RB, only the P.R.. My take is this- We are screwed no matter which way it goes. Either we "go for" a 1:3.75 (essentially a reverse split)with , QBID assuming THEY {QBID} accept the offer, or, we go our separate ways and we will, in all likelihood, take a minimum 1:5 flat reverse split anyway. Probably more like a 1:10... I warned people on RB of a growing float back in late June/July, and was promptly placed on "ignore" by idiots more concerned with the length of their ignore list than the actual events taking place. Jon was even more vocal- still no one listened. In all fairness, the growing float is/was not the sole cause of our sudden misfortune- only an additional boil on our collective investing butts and just aggravated an already festering wound. I blame nobody for my continued presence, however. Greed is still a motivating factor for me and I am an investor none-the-less. And, at this juncture, I'm inclined to think the best course of action is to hope that QBID takes the offer- reasoning that a 1:3.75 is better than a 1:5, or, 1:10 on our own. I suspect that GAAY and QBID will bounce around with no price stabilization unitl all the voting is done. I say that because without GAAY, QBID needs financing- Frank made that clear. The higher QBID climbs, the more GAAY is worth (again assuming QBID takes the offer). No reason for GAAY to tank if QBID IS solid and takes the offer. Think about it. If QBID reaches a buck and the deal goes through, would you buy 4 shares of GAAY at a .15 to buy one 1 share of a $1.00 stock?? Dang straight! All speculation at this point though until QBID decides. I am not, however, at all pleased with the way all this was handled by ITHC and GAAY management. That is all I'll say about that at this time. For now, I will go back and read the "posts" and see if anyone has any useful information/ suggestions/ ideas. Please understand that my post is currently a knee-jerk reaction to the news as I have not had the time yet to read what others of stated. I may, in fact, find that I have erred in my opinion, but, remember, you did as for it <g> Theo;-)
