I wish I had known about AFTI! What a great short that was....frankly I dislike and question all OTCBB reverse mergers. Contrary to what the touts say, reverse mergers are for companies and managements that are either criminal or naive....either way, shareholders lose.

In the case of LUMM, I think it will head back to where it belongs (sub $1) in the long run.

Here is why....

1) The much heralded MOLX investment was done for cash consideration of only .27 per share (a $10 million cash valuation for the ENTIRE company)

2) LUMM has a history as a third-rate plastic fiber company.

3) Company has much better funded, respected and legit competitors.

4) Optics and Photonics is super-hot right now, virutally anyone can get real VC financing....anyone with a "revolutionary" and "breakthrough" product like LUMM claims would never have to go the OTCBB back door route,,,never be associated with Mikulic, Saviuk, etc.

5) No audited financials

6) No SEC filings

7) Not even UNaudited financials

8) Extreme Overvaluation

Best regards!
