Email from mr Jim Graham nothing new for you i think: <We have looked at over 50 opportunities since this January. In June we announced a US$1,000,000 investment in Medsite.com that we believe will increase our capital base nicely several months after the following of its IPO later this year or early next year. Meanwhile we continue to look for that one major internet/technology deal that will transform the Company totally while adding significant value and impacting the share price positively. The ultimate transaction could be one that we are studying now or one that has not yet reached our radar screen. We are also anxious to announce a deal however our first concern is that it has the quality to stand up to the scrutiny of the financial community thus enabling the share price to rise to the expectations of our shareholders.> Regards, Jim Graham
