Prior to Patagonia Capital issuing this report, the Company reviewed and approved the contents hereof. Patagonia Capital has not independently verified the Company's representations. The fact that the company has put the BUY RECO on their website and the above sentence in the "disclaimer" indicates the company agree's with the report. The company has squarely put timelines on their shoulders, which is good news re IP's "in the next few days." It looks like the company is now prepared to, *WALK THE WALK....* which is nice to see.
