It means some dilution to us, when (and if) the note holders convert their notes into common stock. This is a way to allow AFFX to raise money at a cheaper-than-market interest rate, offering the sweetener of converting the bonds into stock. Maybe it's part of that acquisition, I didn't examine the news release to see how they were funding it.
