Francois, we are rapidly approaching deja vu...Panicked investors first trying to get-out of the falling markets, first into the cash, than frantically trying to catch rapidly departing Gold train...name me one single commodity that is still at its low, despite accelerating demand..(never mind Asia-where demand/cycle will pick-up in 6 month....another Hupla-internet style is in the making..It is so predictible..Oil-Metals-Inflation-and here we come the last and the only value/growth play...

ps Stay tuned for Most Important Man of the Year to be named by John...<VBG>

Hey! Dr. Pigeon;

I tend to agree with you more on the obsevation of Gold than goldsnow's thinking.

I hate to say that $200, be the next target yet I did not see any time soon that any reversal of this 20+ years down trend.

Right it hanged in that $250 +/- $5.00 ranges.

It is so boring to say the least.

ABX is dead in the water.

If gold could move up US dollar index has to break that 98 decisively, Oil has to break that $25.00 and CRB has to braek that 240.00 and Dow has to break that 10,000 mark and Nasdaq has to break that 1900 mark, etcd....

These contains lots ifs statements, doesn't it???

At this junction, the way to make money is very narrow %, in and out fast, faster than usual small margin is good enough to make good living, otherwise, it is really tough, and tougher next few weeks. You see.
