I think you are right on concerning the shareholder letter. Damage control is needed soon or the exodus from HTSF will rival the Hurricane evacuations.

Not many of us remaining here, so Ben better accelerate his schedule or it could be all over.

About the only somewhat encouraging information I can find is that insider activity is minimal, but for one V.P., Jim Butler, activity is nil. So it would seem the insiders still believe.
