Looks like the folks who made the arbitrage trade of FGI for HLX get a very pleasant surprise! Congrats to all are in order :-)

Rory,
Looks like that was part of the long wait with the merger and that extended quiet period. While HLX should get a boost (color me happy)would you care to hazard a guess on the effect on FGI price?
Will it be a wash for FGI as it appears to make the merger more imminent? Anything that ends the uncertainty and allows the FGI/HLX to talk up their future prospects would appear to be a plus.

Geez, with 4K HLX and 2K FGI, I've got about an even split. Should have switched it all to HLX. That is quite a change in the formula. At today's FGI close, HLX is worth close to $7 while FGI would have to drop close to 9 1/2 to convert to the current HLX price of 5 3/8. Should be interesting tomorrow.
