Novl didn't even move a bit with lots of pr coming out
today. It has been kept down at these price level a long
time ever since the earning announcement. It appears NOVL
has good technology at the right time but market either
doesn't understand or isn't interested in. Any projection
for the stock price in the near future?

WHO is buying these put options?

I can't believe that Microsoft is selling them on the open market. Is that really the case or do they have some arrangement with some groups.
