I thought the conference call was extremely positive and that the analysts are just having difficulty with ORCL's fluctuations on a quarterly basis.

I do not know about any upgrades though. I think that we might see some downgrades to accumulate and that is exactly what people should do. Accumulate this stock during this downdraft to whatever? If you accumulate and hold you will be richly rewarded.
