As to the studio, agreed. Wonder how Frank made out on that deal? I worked at a company in the 80's where the SEC came in. Believe me, it was expensive, long and painful. The investigation came from one inquiry. PRs were misleading. Questions to management and then communicated via RB were also.

If the price isn't a disaster tomorrow, I may sell. It would be well worth it just to free myself from BB stocks and the frustration.

TRICKS OF THE GAME;
bottom line is they added the capital of ithc
and now in the end will increase the shares outstanding in
GAAY under the new merger and symbol of QBID...could they have done
this just under a simple addition of ithc and merger there,probably goes a little more technical there...
now reality is that a lot of people are upset because they did not take advantage if ithc at .06 cents and are jealous and pissed for those people that did and will do so even today...gaay has been selling between .13 and .25 for several months now and the company itself are increasing the share outstanding in the end...i personally will take advantage of their offer and buy more qbid...
CURRENT VALUE UNDER THIS DEAL HAS QBID SOMEWHERE AT .50 TO 65 CENTS JUST ON GAAY 'S TRADING ALONE YESTERDAY....

as we see that gaay did not have capital and are paying a big price for it.this deal probably was better value for ithc and gaay was left with little choice,everybody else probably wanted to buy them out and not have them still involved with the operation...
