David Kunkel, Exec. VP/Counsel of PSIX has been posting there regularly, answering
questions and correcting BS posts

Major red flag imo.

Pierre, I agree that it is cool. But it should not occur on these boards, but rather the company website. The general rule has been that when a principal comes on these boards it is the kiss of death to the stock.

Penny stocks are usually the only ones to attempt coming online and it is highly unusual for a company as big as PSIX. 'Bash and Cashers' lie about stocks everyday on Yahoo. . . it has become a way of life there. So in a way, it implies that there was a problem big enough that it was necessary for counsel to go online and answer questions one by one. And as you know, there is no "winning" against the Bash and Cashers on Yahoo or elsewhere. . .

It is friendly and helpful, as you point out. . .but is it merely driven by the driven by the desire to market their stock? . . .and if so, do you want a company that goes to such lengths in doing so?

It is cool and it is odd. . . and I don't think that it will affect the stock price in any way.
