Arcane Lore, I am not a legal expert, but ex parte means that the restraining order was issued on the basis on one party being heard. It makes sense that if charges were to be filed that this freeze take place. Starnet has filed an application for hearing to alter or remove the freeze. It is not clear if that application has been heard. As far as justification of this action based on pending charges, I am not sure. brian
