Arcane, until charges are actually filed and determined, it makes sense. The RCMP claims to have weeks of research to complete based on the "evidence" accumulated before and during the raid. It seems to be a fair act to freeze accounts in the event that this international company has actually done anything serious enough to warrant fleeing the jurisdiction. To look at this positively, Starnet had at least 2 business days to transfer the funds but did not. If this company was hiding serious offenses, I would have bet on a transfer. all imo.
