It's in the Doppler Report, I believe the company approved the release of the report.

Which companies and what is in the confidentiality agreements I believe are not in the public domain, at least I can not get a sniff. Must say have not tried real hard.

It's the content of the agreements that can't be divulged, not the fact that they exist.

Signing of the NDA is not top secret. A major would break the NDA if they turned around and used the information to do a hostile takeover or if they used that information to harm the company, so by trying to steal the properties from underneath them, etc....

Hey fuddle how do you like Doppler's report, especially when he talked about the short position.....
