of course strange, the most intriguing ones are strange

there is a rock station here, lazer 103, that i listen to in the car while i drive. they play the 'You Can't Win' game. it consists of five questions. answer them in progression and you win, it's that simple. every day, if there isn't a winner [the name should give you a clue as to how many winners there are], they add another CD to the prize kitty. the first question is: what was the first literary fiction ever to be blessed by a pope. can't tell you what the second one is, since we seem to be a bit stuck on the first.

not exactly our brightest town folk participate in the contest [a rock station you know, i haven't called in yet, but will :-]. answers have ranged from 'The Canterbury Tales' to Dr. Seuss [maybe he meant his biography]. my personal favorite was the Sistine Chapel.

i thought i would throw out the question to the great minds on feelies and see what the response was. i will share the answers as i catch them and tell all the correct answer, if it is EVER given. questions 2 thru 5 should be as interesting, if we get that far.
