Yes.

1)We will probably see fewer players due to consolidation or at least partnering of spectrum rights. This probably will mean that fewer little guys (don't tell the FCC I said this - it's what they are afraid of) will look to keep costs down by providing a service less than perfect resulting from saving $$$ on lower quality equipment. VARL has a track record of selling to larger OEMs that will handle the infrastructure equipment contracts of companies consolidating and building out networks.

2) Notice the reference to Internet and data. As I mentioned earlier today, any applications opening up spectrum (current small guys are having a hard time with funding and/or build-outs - so the spectrum is not being used at all) applications will benefit VARL and allow for demonstration of the superiority of their product.

3) I mentioned some facts that I had to check yesterday . . . they relate to Internet and data applications . . . when I verify my research, I'll post it.
