Yep, IATR alleged to have merger with Infolocity by end of Sept (Oct anyway). Also, company has been working for several months in the Internet arena...getting ready to launch a variety of internet services (which ones I have no clue as yet).

I believe they still own significant film rights, which I imagine they'll put on a website somewhere/sometime.

Imo, Info. merger + additional news = $3-$4+. Then, ASSuming they launch their own IATR products by December....it could be a very nice Christmas.

Risk: Moderately High (if merger doesn't go through...price will most likely drop to around a buck or less, but consistent buying patterns of late suggest it's a go.)

Regards,
-Mark

I sold off most of my IATR on last run, but am still holding a few thousand W's. I'll try to buy back in on any significant dips...or in another week or so in anticipation of merger.
