MJ, Hard not to notice that LGE/Zenith is a heavy advertiser in all media that have the potential of exposing their alleged fraudulent dealings. From the Korea Herald, BusinessWeek to the Chicago Tribune, LGE/Zenith is there, hot and heavy with advertising. The Economist is another story. Their editors call them as they see them, regardless. This story is far from completion. The Equity Committee is moving ahead with the able assistance of professionals at Ernst & Young and Rothschild. Jeff Marwil at Katten, Muchen & Zavis, on the other hand, is a personal disappointment, thus, my working with separate legal counsel. Hope everyone is sending their "Objections to the Disclosure and Plan" to the list provided in an earlier post.
