TA, RE: Are you then suggesting that immediately upon or, as soon as Blodgett changes his recommendation for ICGE to a " buy " from, " accumulate" , we sell ICGE? I'm not suggesting anything. I am just illustrating that sometimes (actually pretty often) the "rating" can significantly understate or overstate the prospects for near-term price appreciation. BTW, I'd be interested to know what your FC thinks of my site. Bob
