Right, Ok, this is getting fun!

We now have a three-player model. A is holding B's data in a vault. B wants A to transmit some of that data to C and enable C to read the data without A ever seeing the unencrypted data. Naively, A should be holding B's data encrypted with B's *public* key so that A can't decrypt it. However, C has to be able to read the data which means it should have been encrypted with B's *private* key so that C can decrypt it with B's public key. Ok, I guess I'll just wait and see what the implementation is.
