One question on your valuation model, KK. You base your calculations on 180M outstanding shares, but Wall Street Research Net shows Q with 160,545. Are they using a different approach?

Another question about your very helpful analysis:
You say: Proforama 3q revs $966, 40% handsets and revised 3q $637.
However, 60% of $966 is $580.
Cannot see where add'l $$57 mil in revenues come from. am sure it is my confusion. Can you help me here?
