Dilution: Charter options 7,750,000 shares=14.3% HSAC 54,117,849 shares. CONTROL usually is 8-10% of most public companies, and 14% is more than that, so the rest is definitely within the definition of dilutive. I agree the money of Paul Allen Vulcan Ventures is needed, but where will HSAC really fit in Charter, and at that point what value will our dilutive shares really have in the market. I am concerned, and think this is why the stock is stagnated, imho.
