There is an explanation at Raging Bull, which if true, makes sense,, according to the writer, NITE's share of Nasdaq volume for the first 8 trading days of Sept. continues to decline. Does anyone know when this info is released, and can anyone corroborate this number?

Herschel,

The action between 3 and 4 p.m. yesterday (9/14) may well be NITE specific. It was unusual. Another possibility for the action not mentioned by you is that someone got wind of a potential earnings warning. I would think that that would not happen given that the company has guided down from .43 to .37, but anything is possible.
