Longs: Pass 29547 along to Yahoo? Been lurking for months and just decided to join SI so I could pass along the Computer Shopper info. IMO, the 1st of many such 'glowing' articles to come in the next few days! (As example, the Bandwidth article I mentioned is essentially a full page 'ad' for the 820 & RDRAM). Can someone with Yahoo access pass that info along to my friends on that thread?? I also want to thank the many posters who so diligently try to surface the facts in the face of so much dis-information. I agree with Uncle & others that too many companies have too much at stake not to have 'verified' the Rambus advantage on their own. Still, I think the near term will be affected more by the posturing & advertising than the raw facts. I am eager to see the public's response when MOST of them hear of Rambus for the first time via the admittedly biased Intel, Dell, Gateway, Compaq, etc. advertisements. - GWD
