Thank you for posting the excellent article. For a long time, congress has been trying to rewrite the Constitution. So far we have the best set of rules ever written for a government, so why don't they leave it alone? I'm going to give Rep. Watts a call, and give him an "atta boy" I'm also going to forward your article to my friends....Thank you...

I saw in the Journal today that employees of all the high tech Gorillas are giving barrels of dough to GWB. The repubs are getting twice as much as dems from all but one company, Oracle. Tells you all you need to know about management there.
