The biggest holder of US LMDS spectrum should and is trying everybody before making decision!!!
Did you see NT........or LU......Not at all......
BTW, it is my understanding of the law, that before SSTI acquisition is over, and clearance by DOJ is done, NN is prohibited from making any marketing effort on LMDS front!!!

If that were a more general announcement, I'd be concerned. As it is it appears to be for Los Angeles.

Zbyslaw's right about NN's restrictions on LMDS announcements. Nothing can be said until after the Stanford acquisition is complete.
