QBID THOUGHTS; To: Jon Scott (1830 ) From: LANCE B Wednesday, Sep 15 1999 8:07AM ET Reply # of 1837 TRICKS OF THE GAME; bottom line is they added the capital of ithc and now in the end will increase the shares outstanding in GAAY under the new merger and symbol of QBID...could they have done this just under a simple addition of ithc and merger there,probably goes a little more technical there... now reality is that a lot of people are upset because they did not take advantage if ithc at .06 cents and are jealous and pissed for those people that did and will do so even today...gaay has been selling between .13 and .25 for several months now and the company itself are increasing the share outstanding in the end...i personally will take advantage of their offer and buy more qbid...
