Mile High, Lets remember that the FCC owes Q* a frequency license in a major metropolitan area as a result of the suit that they won. They lost Greater Miami to PCS because the FCC ruled that they couldn't compete for the license. The rule has sense been recinded. They could get Miami but don't want to annoy a big CDMA customer (Sprint). They would have liked Phoenix but its gone also. The FCC is under orders to make it up to Q* I am interested to see what develops. cdaisey@pin-drop.com
