Ha! I'll have you know I work out with a trainer twice a week and take 6-mile walks (fast, too) 4-5 times a week! No gallstones for me!

Dear Docktor Jed,

I work out with a trainer 3 nights a week, and take a 1 hour water aerobics class 2 nights a week. I've been doing this for a long time. I guess the only benefit I get from this is the fact that I am still alive (granted, that is a biggie). I still feel like I look like a couch potato. Frankly, I think all that exercise just makes the fat get hard! Of course I didn't get a fair shake a birth, I was born without a metabolism. <ggg>
