Using your "grenade" theory, I put some buck towards GIC awhile ago while my primary bet was placed on SFA.
I had been quite happy with the situation until this takeunder.
Who needs MOT? Why did GIC get nervous and look to bail?

Roger,
Chart looks like SFA has almost finished its "adjustment". GIC ran up on anticipation of a buy out and got taken out at the equivalent of a 58 P/E. SFA currently only has a 43 P/E on $1.30 eps. That makes a logical buy out offer of 58 X $1.30 = $75 3/8. If their management were to consider a lower offer, it would invite class action law suits.
