QCOM become an INTC?

Second source, (which they have), and make sure they can supply demand. This will stop all anti-trust action, to the extent possible.
Just remember, anti-trust and other "restraint of trade" legislation is written to insure that all businessmen are potential criminals. It is just a matter of if the Government wants to file suit.
